Cancellation & Payment Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
• Clients with a high cancellation rate will automatically be required to pay in full online when booking.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• The full outstanding balance must be settled before any further appointments can be booked.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 80% charge
• 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: 100% charge
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to accommodate your appointment and reserve the right to cancel it.
• In this case, the applicable cancellation fee will still apply.
• Where possible, I may offer to reschedule your appointment; this is at my discretion.
